Refund Policy

1. General Policy

QI Metaphysics provides personalised metaphysical services and digital products. Due to the customised and informational nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Consultation Services

2.1 No Refunds After Service Is Delivered

Once a consultation has been conducted, no refunds will be provided.

2.2 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session at least 48 hours in advance at no additional cost.

2.3 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

2.4 No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit the full fee.

3. Digital Products & Reports

3.1 Non-Refundable Items

Because digital products are personalised and instantly accessible, the following items are strictly non-refundable:

Digital metaphysics reports or digital reports
BaZi charts, Feng Shui analysis, or any personalised readings
E-books, guides, or downloadable content
AI-generated insights or digital tools

3.2 Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital item, contact us within 48 hours.
We will resend the product once verified.

4. Online Courses, Workshops & Programs

4.1 Digital Access

Once course access is granted, no refunds will be issued.

4.2 Live Workshops

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the event may be considered for credit (not refund).
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

5. Physical Products (Shop)

5.1 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for physical products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5.2 Exchange for Defective Items

If an item is defective, notify us within 7 days with proof (photo/video).
We will arrange an exchange or replacement.

5.3 Non-Refundable Items

Stones / Woods / Feng Shui Items
Crystals / Raw Stones
Opened / Used items
Personalised / Customised items
Clearance or promotional products

6. Payment Errors

If a duplicate payment or processing error occurs, we will issue a refund within 7–14 business days after verification.

7. Policy Updates

QI Metaphysics reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Updates take effect once posted on this website.
