By accessing or using this website, purchasing our products, or engaging our consultation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

QI Metaphysics provides metaphysical consultations, digital reports, online tools, educational content, and metaphysics-related products.
All services are intended for personal insight, self-reflection, and strategic guidance only.
Our services do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Metaphysical analysis involves interpretation and is inherently subjective.
While we strive for accuracy and clarity, we do not guarantee:

  • specific results or outcomes

  • accuracy of predictions

  • future events

  • business or financial success

All decisions made using our insights are the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Eligibility & User Responsibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years old, or have guardian consent

  • provide accurate and truthful information

  • will not misuse or misrepresent the services

  • accept full responsibility for decisions made based on provided insights

5. Consultations & Bookings

5.1 Appointments

All consultations are by appointment only.
Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.

5.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations under 48 hours may result in forfeiture of fees.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

5.3 Recording Policy

Recording of sessions (audio/video) requires prior consent from both parties.

6. Digital Products & Reports

6.1 Delivery

Digital reports and products will be delivered electronically to the email provided.

6.2 No Refunds

Due to the nature of personalised digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6.3 Intellectual Property

All reports, content, and materials are owned by QI Metaphysics.
Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.

7. QI Apps & Online Tools

When using our digital tools or applications, you agree that:

  • Insights are generated based on metaphysical formulas and AI interpretation

  • The information is for guidance, not absolute prediction

  • Technical issues may occur, and we will strive to resolve them, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Shop Purchases

8.1 Physical Products

If applicable, physical products may be subject to delivery times and third-party courier policies.

8.2 Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt.

8.3 Non-refundable Items

E-books, digital reports, courses, and personalised products are non-refundable.

9. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase.
We accept various payment methods as listed at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

QI Metaphysics is not liable for:

  • technical issues affecting access or delivery

  • third-party platform errors (email, payment gateway, hosting, etc.)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product.
